Emergencies
In the event of a fire or other emergency, please gather immediately at the Assembly area until everyone has been given the all clear to return.

Nearest AED location: 6 Clifton Road, Tongaporutu (inside red fire shed)
(Call 111 to get combination from ambulance communications)

Animals & Pets
Your pets are welcome too, however, they must be secured at all times, no pets to be roaming free.

We have electric fences errected for stock containment and animal control, please keep children away from electric fence tapes.

Please keep children away from livestock, our resident ram is territorial and could cause serious injury when charging.

Parking Limited parking is available around the driveway in designated areas.
Although every effort will be made to accomodate your vehicle, we advise against parking on the berm if space runs out.
Alternative parking is located at the school, approx 300m down the road

Please make sure children do not play around the parking area

Accomodation
Please bring enough tents and bedding to accomodate you and your whanau. We hope to errect a gazebo for those who don't have tents but bear in mind space may be limited.

Tarn has arranged with the principal to accomodate our elderly in one of the school buildings (you will need to bring your own bedding).
Please Note: This is only available to our kaumatua.

A small designated area is available for those who will be sleeping in their vehicles.

Food
A variety of dishes including hangi, sea food, salads, deserts will be provided on the day. If you plan on staying before or after the main event,please ensure you contribute towards meals.

Alcohol
Please bring your own alcohol beverages which may only be consumed in the event tent area. DO NOT touch or interfere with any other person's drinks. Please drink responsibilibly and do not attempt to drive or cook if you have consumed alcohol.

Children under the age of 18 are permitted by law to drink alcohol provided the parent gives their expressed consent.
If you allow your minor to drink then you are personally responsible for their well being.

Drugs
No Class 'A' drugs to be brought on the property or any other such property associated with this event.
We reserve the right to remove any person who fails to comply.

Behaviour
This is to be a happy, momentous family occasion, we are celebrating Te Wehiaterangi's 21st.
Please respect each other and each other's personal space at all times.
We understand that some people may be under stress, however, disagreements shall be resolved in a calm, non-agressive manner. Any form of abuse or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Housekeeping
Ensure all rubbish goes into the appropriate bins provided. Please do not litter.
